Helping you and your family reach and maintain good health is very important to Bluewater. We are pleased to offer a selection of benefits designed with your health and financial wellbeing in mind. You are eligible to participate if you are full-time and work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Your benefits are effective on the 1st of the month following 30 days from your date of hire. You must review the below information and enroll in Paycor within your first 15 days of employment.

To view additional informational videos, click on the link below titled "Benefit Videos". Next, please review your benefit guides and then complete your online enroll at Paycor.
Remember, this is the only time during the year that you can enroll in coverage or change your benefit elections, unless you have a qualifying event during the year. You have 30 days from the qualifying event date to notify HR to make the changes. Common life events are marriage, divorce, birth, adoption, and loss in coverage.
