Helping you and your family reach and maintain good health is very important to Publication Printers Corp (PPC). PPC is pleased to offer a selection of benefits designed with your health and financial wellbeing in mind. We review our benefit programs each year to ensure we consider the best combination of benefit coverage, network access and affordability for employees. Annual open enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2022-23 Benefits Program, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family.


Here's what you'll need to do to get started:

  1. Review the 2022-2023 Benefits Guide
  2. No action is required if you wish to keep all your current benefits the same
  3. Enrollment must be completed by contacting NFP’s Voluntary Benefits Center of Excellence (VB COE)
  4. The VB COE Enrollment Call Center is available Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm MST by calling 888-216-6859
  5. Schedule an appointment with a benefits counselor by scanning the QR code, available on page 4 of the benefit guide, with your Smartphone
  6. Benefits elected during Open Enrollment will be effective October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023

PPC remains committed to providing a competitive, cost-effective benefit program. Please review your 2022-23 PPC Benefits Enrollment Guide for information on all of your benefits.


2022 Benefits Program Updates:

  • Medical – bariatric surgery will be covered
  • Dental – NEW carrier, Delta Dental
  • Vision – NEW carrier, Ameritas and standalone option
  • Hearing – NEW benefit bundled with vision plan
  • Employee Assistance Program – NEW benefit provided by SupportLinc
  • Financial Solutions – NEW benefit, WellCents

How to Enroll

Action Required

  1. Review the 2022-2023 Benefits Guide
  2. With the new plan changes and enhancements, we encourage you to contact VB COE to confirm your elections are correct. As a reminder, HSA elections are required every year
  3. Enrollment must be completed by contacting NFP’s Voluntary Benefits Center of Excellence (VB COE)

ELIGIBILITY

Coverage begins for enrolled eligible employees on the first of the month following 60 days of employment

  • You must be a full-time employee working 30 hours or more per week
  • If eligible, you may enroll your spouse and dependent children on the offered benefit plans
  • Dependent children are eligible if less than 26 years of age


ELIGIBLE DEPENDENTS

  • Legally married spouse or domestic partner
  • Children until they turn 26 regardless of student, marital, or employment status. This includes natural children, stepchildren, adopted (or placed for adoption), children of your domestic partner and children for whom you are legal guardian.


You will not be allowed to make a change after the open enrollment window closes, unless you experience a qualifying life event.

A qualified high deductible health plan with a Health Savings Account is an alternative to traditional health insurance plans. The HSA is a savings product that offers a different way for consumers to pay for their health care costs. You must be covered by a Qualified High Deductible Health Plan (QHDHP) to be able to contribute to an HSA.


Your HSA is your money. Whatever you do not spend in a given year rolls over to the next. If you change jobs or retire, your HSA balance goes with you.

That's why PPC provides Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance to full-time employees at no cost to you.


As an employee, you can purchase additional Life and AD&D for yourself, spouse, and dependents.
