Introduction

Your benefits with Beeghly and Company Jewelers will have a slight change this year for the benefit period of June 1, 2023 through May 31, 2024. UPMC had discontinued the HSA PPO $1,450 plan and it is now an HSA PPO $1,500 plan.


By keeping or enrolling in health insurance you can avoid high-cost medical bills for unexpected accidents or illnesses.


Dental and vision insurance promote preventive care and contribute to overall health and wellness. These benefits help pay for services not covered by your group medical plan, filling the coverage gap to maintain oral and eye health.

Benefits Overview

Beeghly and Company Jewelers provide you with medical. Dental and vision are options at your cost.

They also contribute to a Health Savings Reimbursement plan up to $1,000 a year.

Also, please note that this is official documentation that Beeghly and Company Jewelers has provided you with a copy of the government required Summary of Benefits and Coverage known as the SBC, and a copy of the Summary of Material Modifications (SMM) for the plan change for the medical insurance period June 1, 2023 through May 31, 2024.
