Introduction

This website is available to benefit eligible Beauty by Imagination employees, for reference and enrollment information. 


  • During Open Enrollment (November 9, 2022 through November 23, 2022), you can review and make benefits changes for the upcoming plan year, which begins January 1, 2023 and ends December 31,2023, in the enrollment portal. Once your elections are submitted, you can only make changes if you have a Life Event (as outlined on page 6 of the benefit guide, available in the Benefits Overview section below).

How To Enroll

Action Required

Visit the Workforce Now ADP portal below to enroll and modify your elections for 2023


  • If you're electing benefits coverage for the first time, you must log in to the portal to make benefits elections between November 9, 2022 and November 23, 2022.
  • Your current medical, dental and vision elections will not carry forward to 2023. You must log in to the portal to elect benefits for 2023.
  • If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so during the open enrollment period.
  • If you would like to decline benefits coverage, review the benefits plan options in the Workforce Now ADP portal.
  • To participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) in 2023, you must make an election. Your 2022 elections for HSA or FSA will not carry over to 2023.


All plan elections must be completed by November 23, 2022. You will not be able to modify or make new plan elections after that date, unless you experience a life change event.

Dental

This section provides information on the Beauty by Imagination dental plan available to employees enrolling for January 1, 2023.


Our dental plans encourage early detection of dental problems by paying the most toward diagnostic and preventive services, such as routine check-ups and cleanings.

Vision

This section provides information on the U.S. LBM vision plan and vision plan resources available to employees enrolling for January 1, 2023.


The most liberal benefits are paid when you use a doctor in the VSP Choice network. The plan helps you pay for a wide range of vision-related services and products as shown below.

You have the freedom to select adequate levels of insurance coverage to protect the well-being of your family. Beauty By Imagination offers Supplemental Insurance through Aflac. These premiums are paid 100% by you.
