If NO changes are needed, then your current benefits will just roll over into the new plan year.

Current Employees:

  • If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by November 26
  • Your current medical and vision elections will carry forward to 2025-2026 if you don't make a new election.

New Hires:

  • You will need to complete the Highmark enrollment form.
