Please note, all employees MUST log into your Ease online portal to complete your enrollment.

2021 Benefits

  • MEDICALWe will be staying with Blue Cross Blue Shield of LA this year. In an effort to keep your premiums as low as possible, we have added two other plan options. Please review all three plan options to decide which option is best for you and your family. 

  • HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT (HSA): If you enroll in the High Deductible Plan, you can contribute to a Health Savings Account. Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) are tax-advantaged medical savings accounts available to United States taxpayers who are enrolled in a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). HSA funds roll over and accumulate year over year if not spent, with the ability to earn tax-free interest on the account. HSA funds may be used to pay for qualified medical expenses at any time without federal tax liability. Many banks and credit unions offer HSAs. Berryland Motors LLC does not have a preferred HSA option. You can choose any financial institution you want. Please provide HR with the account number and routing number for your HSA account.

  • DENTAL: This year we will be moving our Dental coverage to TruAssure! This move allows us to reduce the premiums and increase the coverage level. You will now be able to get up to 3 cleanings per year!

  • LIFE: Group Life/AD&D coverage is provided to full-time employees by Berryland Motors LLC at no charge to you. Enrollment in plan is automatic.
