Your benefits run from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.

If NO changes are needed, then your current benefits will just roll over into the new plan year.

HOW TO ENROLL
Current Employees:
- If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by December 19.
- Your current medical, vision and HRA elections will carry forward to 2026 if you don't make a new election.
New Hires:
- You will need to complete the any enrollment form(s).
