At Sholom, we are committed to fostering an environment where our employees can thrive and reach their healthiest, most fulfilled lives.

We encourage you to explore the resources provided on this page to support your personal wellbeing journey.

Getting Started: The Importance of Preventive Care

If you are unsure how to begin, we recommend starting with preventive care. All preventive care services are covered at 100% under your health plan, making it an accessible and effective way to take charge of your health. Establishing a relationship with a primary care provider is an important step. Regular preventive health screenings not only help you establish a baseline for your health, but also serve as an early alert system if any changes occur over time.

Learn to Live

What Is Learn to Live?

Learn to Live offers evidence-based programs designed to help you manage stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and more—anytime, anywhere. These self-paced modules are grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and tailored to your unique needs through a brief assessment. You’ll also have access to live coaching support, interactive tools, and resources to help you build resilience and thrive both personally and professionally.

Why Use Learn to Live?

Whether you're navigating a tough time or simply looking to strengthen your mental health, Learn to Live is here for you—free of charge and completely confidential.

How it Works

A quick online assessment determines which programs would benefit you the most. Eight interactive lessons then help you explore situations that trigger negative emotions and give you tips, tricks and strategies to work through them and it is completely confidential. Learn to Live can help you get a handle on stress, depression, social anxiety, insomnia and substance use so you’re in control — not your emotions.

How to Get Started

Click the link above. Enter your access code SHOLOM and answer some questions. We’ll recommend a program for you to achieve a healthier, more balanced you.

What is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)?

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a proven, practical approach to mental health that focuses on the connection between our thoughtsfeelings, and behaviors. The idea is simple but powerful: the way we think about a situation affects how we feel and what we do. Clink the link to Learn more on CBT.
