Avalanche Studios pays for 100% of your premium for Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.

No Benefit Changes to the Dental, Vision, Life, STD and LTD plans.
If you are currently enrolled in medical, dental and vision benefits and you don't make a new election, your current coverage and elections will roll over.
