We are pleased to share there are no benefit changes for plan year 2025-2026. This is your annual opportunity to log-in and confirm all your benefit elections are correct and update beneficiary information if necessary.
Please make all necessary benefit changes and updates online through Paycom during the Open Enrollment Window (1/13/25 - 1/24/25). All benefit changes will take effect February 1, 2025.
Please review the below 2025-2026 Benefit Guide and below benefit summaries found under each section for more information.
If you need to make a mid-year benefit change (outside of open enrollment) you must experience a Qualifying Life Event (QLE). You have 30 days from a QLE to make any necessary benefit changes through Paycom. If you miss this window you will have to wait until next open enrollment. QLEs include, but are not limited to; birth, adoption, marriage, divorce, death and loss/gain of other coverage.
