ARC Home provides Life Insurance to all full-time employees at no cost.

To supplement your company-provided life insurance, you may purchase Voluntary Group Life coverage for yourself in $10,000 increments up to a maximum of $300,000, or 5 times your annual salary.

You can choose to purchase Long Term Disability coverage for yourself. Long Term Disability covers your salary if become disabled due to an illness or injury.
