Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about your health care benefits, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family.

Your plan year runs from February 1, 2025, through January 31, 2026.

If NO changes are needed, then your current benefits will just roll over into the new plan year.

  • Your current medical, dental and vision elections will carry forward to 2025-2026.

New Hires:

  • You will need to complete any related enrollment form(s) and give them to Haley Ebersole for processing. 
  • You will be automatically enrolled in the Equitable Life and STD plans.
