ENROLLMENT
Any changes during open enrollment will be effective from June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027. Please contact Human Resources (HR) if you need to make a change.
Changes mid-year are allowed if you experience a qualifying life event (such as marriage, divorce, or the birth/adoption of a child) and must be made within 30 days of the event.
Contact HR if you have questions or need to make benefit changes.

The Hartford
Allen Contracting & Shell Construction provides $15,000 of Basic Life and AD&D coverage at no cost to you, payable to your designated beneficiary in the event of your death. Additional AD&D benefits may be payable for covered accidental injuries or death.
