We are pleased to offer a selection of benefits designed with your health and financial wellbeing in mind. We review our benefit programs each year to ensure we consider the best combination of benefit coverage, network access and affordability for employees. Annual open enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2022 Benefits Program.


Remember, this is the only time during the year that you can enroll in coverage or change your benefit elections, unless you have a qualifying event during the year. You have 30 days from the qualifying event to notify HR to make the changes. Common life events are; marriage, divorce, birth, adoption and loss in coverage.

  • We have made a few plan changes to both the PPO Plan and the HSA Plan.
  • Employee Contributions have increased slightly on the PPO Plan Only.
  • Dental with BCBS and Vision with VSP will remain the same this year.
  • Life and Disability Plans will remain the same with UNUM.
  • Be sure to use the PlanSelect Tool to help you decide which medical plan fits your needs!

Action Required
  • Visit ADP to review your current coverage, enroll or modify your elections for 2022
  • If you would like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so within 30 days of your new hire date
  • Your current medical, dental, vision and disability elections will carry forward to 2022 if you don't make a new election.
  • Please be sure to list your beneficiary information.
  • To participate in a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account in 2022, you must make an active election, even if you are already participating in 2021.
