No plan changes! Your medical, dental, vision, and life & disability carriers and plans will remain as-is for 2025-2026.

There are some changes to the Guardian "value add" services such as who will provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services moving forward. Review the "Maximize Your Benefits - Guardian" section below for details.

Wellness Program Changes

• The Pinstripe Wellness Program will be moving from Wellness IQ to Highmark as of December 1, 2025!
• Employees and spouses enrolled in a New York Yankees medical plan can earn points by completing healthy activities between September 1, 2025 and August 31, 2026, and qualify for lower monthly contributions (“Wellness Rates”) for the 2026-2027 plan year.
• Getting started is easy – track your progress and complete activities right from the My Highmark app or website and enjoy the rewards of prioritizing your well-being. You can access the Pinstripe Wellness Program through Highmark starting on December 1st.

Flexible Spending Account and Commuter - Benefit Resource, LLC (BRi)

• BRi is the vendor for FSA, Parking, and Transit. Visit the BRi portal to view and manage your claims.
• Please note: any claims for the 2026 plan year (January through December) must be submitted to BRi by March 31, 2027.

Increasing IRS Maximums for the Health Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) & Commuter Accounts

The 2026 IRS Maximum limits are listed below. If you have made an election on ADP, and you wanted to fund the maximum allowed, please update your election before the end of Open Enrollment on November 21, 2025.

• The FSA maximum is $3,400 (up from $3,300)
• The FSA carryover maximum is $680 (up from $660)
• The Commuter limits are $340/month (up from $325)

Telemedicine and Virtual Mental Health - First Stop Health

First Stop Health offers an easy and convenient way to contact a medical provider or counselor for you and your immediate family members. You are automatically enrolled with First Stop Health when you enroll in the Highmark Medical plans (see your Benefits Guide for more information) and there is no cost for the virtual visit (some costs may apply if additional services are prescribed).

Highmark Concierge

The Highmark Concierge services are here to assist you with things like shopping for health care, resolving medical billing issues, and scheduling appointments with your medical provider (see your Benefits Guide for more information). The Customer Service number will be the same as currently listed on your Highmark ID card; however, your level of service will be enhanced when you call as the Highmark representative will engage you with questions to ensure you are directed to the best care plans for you. So…don’t be afraid to have the conversation!

Identity Theft Protection – Experian IdentityWorks and Identity Restoration services, through Highmark

Experian protects your identity by providing services including: credit monitoring, internet surveillance of the Dark Web to identify if your personal information is exposed, Identity Restoration, and more. Enrollment is available at no cost to you! You must be enrolled in the New York Yankees' medical plan in order to be eligible for this benefit. Refer to materials on ADP for more information.
