How To Enroll

How to Enroll for the 2024-2025 Plan Year
  • Visit ADP to review your current coverage and enroll and modify your elections for 2024-2025.
  • If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by November 22nd. Your current medical, dental and vision elections will carry forward to 2024-2025 if you don't make a new election.
  • To participate in a Flexible Spending Account in 2025, you must make an active election, even if you're already participating in 2024.

HIGHLIGHTING 2024-2025 BENEFITS

New Benefit Effective January 1, 2025! Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA)! You can elect to defer up to $5,000 into a pre-tax DCFSA per household to spend on childcare expenses such as day care or nanny expenses, day camp to allow you to work, nursery school or pre-K, or before or after school care.

  • This is a tentative offering! If participation does not reach compliant thresholds as determined by the IRS, the Yankees will not be able to implement this plan, and you will not have deductions taken from your paycheck.

Medical Plan Changes

  • Primary Care and Specialist copays will increase from $35 to $40.
  • Urgent Care copays will increase from $50 to $60.
  • Outpatient Hospital visit copays will increase from $0 to $100.
  • Outpatient Surgery copays will increase from $0 to $100.
  • Inpatient Hospital visit copays will increase from $250 to $275.
  • Emergency Room visit copays will increase from $250 to $275.
  • Covered Physical Therapy visits will now have a limit of up to 20 visits per year.
  • Retail Pharmacy Copays will increase from $15 (tier 1) / $25 (tier 2) / $40 (tier 3) to $20 / $30 / $45.
  • Mail Order Pharmacy Copays will increase from $30 / $50 / $80 to $40 / $60 / $90.

Flexible Spending Account and Commuter - Benefit Resource, LLC (BRi)

  • BRi is the vendor for FSA, Parking, and Transit. Visit the BRi portal to view and manage your claims.
  • Please note: any claims for the 2025 plan year (January through December) must be submitted to BRi by March 31, 2026.

Increasing IRS Maximums for the Health Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) & Commuter Accounts

The 2025 IRS Maximum limits are listed below. If you have made an election on ADP, and you wanted to fund the maximum allowed, please update your election before the end of Open Enrollment on November 22, 2024.

  • The FSA maximum is $3,300 (up from $3,200)
  • The FSA carryover maximum is $660 (up from $640)
  • The Commuter limits are $325/month (up from $315)

Telemedicine and Virtual Mental Health - First Stop Health

First Stop Health offers an easy and convenient way to contact a medical provider or counselor for you and your immediate family members. You are automatically enrolled with First Stop Health when you enroll in the Highmark Medical plans (see your Benefits Guide for more information) and there is no cost for the virtual visit (some costs may apply if additional services are prescribed).

Enhanced Medical Plan Customer Service – Highmark Well360 Concierge Service

The Well360 Concierge is here to assist you with things like shopping for health care, resolving medical billing issues, and scheduling appointments with your medical provider (see your Benefits Guide for more information). The Customer Service number will be the same as currently listed on your Highmark ID card; however, your level of service will be enhanced when you call as the Highmark representative will engage you with questions to ensure you are directed to the best care plans for you. So…don’t be afraid to have the conversation!

Employee Assistance Program - Guardian's WorkLife Matters

WorkLife Matters has resources available to assist you with life challenges such as locating childcare, providing elder care, planning for adoption or learning about pregnancy or child development. Telephonic counseling with a doctoral psychologist or other behavioral professional is available on an unlimited basis through a convenient toll-free number, along with up to five face-to-face visits per family member per year. Legal services including, but not limited to real estate, living wills, and estate and probate law are available on an unlimited telephonic basis, along with a referral to a local attorney for a free 30-minute session and additional service at a 25% discount. Refer to materials on ADP for more information.

Identity Theft Protection – Experian IdentityWorks and Identity Restoration services, through Highmark

Experian protects your identity by providing services including: credit monitoring, internet surveillance of the Dark Web to identify if your personal information is exposed, Identity Restoration, and more. Enrollment is available at no cost to you! You must be enrolled in the New York Yankees' medical plan in order to be eligible for this benefit. Refer to materials on ADP for more information.

Finding In-Network Providers

Cigna DPPO & DHMO - To find a provider in the Total Cigna DPPO or Cigna Dental Care network:

  1. Go to www.cigna.com.
  2. Select Find a Doctor.
  3. When prompted to say how you are covered, select Employer or School.
  4. Enter your location.
  5. Select Doctor by Type, and select the type of dentist or Orthodontist you are looking for.
  6. Confirm your location and select Continue.
    1. For the DPPO, choose one of the options under DPPO/EPO.
    2. For the DHMO, choose one of the options under Cigna Dental Care DHMO.
  7. You also have the option to call Cigna at 1-800-244-6224.

Vision Plan - To find a provider in the Davis Vision network:

  1. Go to www.davisvision.com.
  2. Select Member Log in.
  3. Log in or create an account and enter your information as needed, including client code 5125.
  4. Click Find a Provider from the menu within your member account.
  5. Enter your zip code and radius or choose a state, county, and city; you can also search by provider or business name.
  6. Click Search Now to see results in a list or on a map.
