Open Enrollment Updates
We have a couple of plan changes for the 2025-2026 plan year, and they are highlighted throughout this benefits landing page. We will be enrolling everyone and their dependents in the new medical plan and all other benefit enrollments will rollover to the new year. If you would like to make a benefit change, please submit a paper enrollment/change form before November 28, 2025.
Benefits Overview
This year we are offering a new plan with BlueCross BlueShield of Oklahoma with some benefit changes. Please refer to the attached SBC to review the new plans benefits. All other benefits will be remaining with the current insurance carrier.
Medical Plan:
- S730ADT Medical Plan Blue Advantage Network, $4,350 Deductible - New Plan!
Dental Plan:
- BlueCross BlueShield of Oklahoma PPO Dental Network
Vision Plan:
- VSP Vision Care
Basic Life and AD&D:
- The Hartford - $50,000

How To Enroll
Download and complete a change/enrollment form only if you want to make a change and submit to NFP before the open enrollment deadline of November 28, 2025.
If you experience a qualifying life event that requires a benefit change mid-plan year, please notify NFP within 30-days of the qualifying event. If you miss this 30-day window you will have to wait until next open enrollment to make your benefit changes and updates.
