Saatva is holding its annual open enrollment period for all employees November 4th to November 15th. This is the time for you to review, revise and elect your benefits including:

Alex Benefits Counselor
Saatva will offer Alex Benefits Counselor for 2025!
Alex provides a personalized experience, which helps you choose which plans make the most sense for you and your dependents. The tool can also help you figure out how much money you should put aside in your tax savings accounts.
This confidential tool asks you a series of questions to better understand your benefit needs. Most users spend about 7 minutes with Alex. You can access this from your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Please note elections will not be made through this portal. Instead, you will make your elections through ADP.
How To Enroll
- Elect / Change your benefits through the ADP enrollment portal
- If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by November 15th.
- If you want to participate in MEDICAL Coverage for 2025, you must make an active election. They will NOT carry over from 2024.
- To participate in a Health Savings Account in 2025, you must make an active election.
- To participate in a Flexible Spending Account in 2025, you must make an active election.
Aetna Medical
You will have three medical options to choose from
- PPO Open Access Plan- Most robust plan. This plan includes out-of-network benefits.
- EPO Open Access Plan- Mid-tier plan. Coverage for in-network only.
- HDHP HSA Plan- High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA). This plan has a high deductible that applies to all benefits until it is met. Only under this plan, you have the opportunity to open an HSA and contribute funds on a pretax basis. These funds can be used to pay the deductible, used on eligible expenses, or saved for a later date.
Kaiser Medical
There will be two plans for employees located in either Washington D.C. or California
- Kaiser DC DHMO Plan (Washington D.C. residents ONLY)
- Kaiser CA DHMO (California residents ONLY)
Dental
Your Dental plan is remaining the same. You will continue to have the option to enroll in the dental PPO plan through Cigna.

Ancillary Benefits
Life Insurance
All employees have access to a Voluntary Life Insurance program through The Hartford where you can purchase life insurance for you and your family. See Benefit Summary.
Company-paid life insurance becomes available for employees as they advance their careers with the company.
Disability
Saatva partners with The Hartford to administer New York State Paid Leave programs, and participates in other state-specific programs as required.
Company-paid disability insurance becomes available for employees as they advance their careers with the company.
