Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2022 Health Care Program, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family. Please review our 2022 Benefit Guide and attend our upcoming education session to learn more about our 2022 benefits offerings

Benefits Overview

Medical - Oxford Liberty EPO Plan

  • Pharmacy Network Change - Pharmacy network will change from CVS to Walgreens.
  • Out of Pocket Maximum - Out of pocket maximum will increase from $8,550/$17,000 To $8,700/$17,400

 

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) - P&A Group

  • Healthcare
  • Dependent Care


Healthcare Reimbursement Account (HRA)

  • The HRA is funded by TBP. The amount is $1,000 for an Employee or $2,000 for a Family.


How To Enroll

Action Required
  • Access the Triangle Building Products Corp. Benefit Guide to review your current coverage and enroll and modify your elections for 2022-2023.
  • If you would like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so by April 20th.
  • You can download your TBP election form below. Once you have completed the election form, review it for accuracy, and return it to Eddie Ruggles by April 20th.
  • If you wish to elect the Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you must fill out a P&A Group enrollment form each year to participate.
