HOW TO ENROLL
Current Employees:
- You will need to complete new UPMC Medical Enrollment Forms for the new plan year.
- Your dental and vision elections will carry forward to 2024-2025 if you don't make a new election.
New Hires:
- You will need to complete any election enrollment form(s).
NEW HIRES
If you are a NEW HIRE and need to enroll for the FIRST time, please see above section How to Enroll.
