How To Enroll

Open Enrollment is happening today through April 26th . Any changes you make will be effective May 1st, 2023


Please note, all employees MUST log into Paycom to complete your enrollment.

2023-2024 Benefits

  • MEDICALWe will be staying with Humana. There will be NO CHANGES to the plan costs or benefits. Please review all plan options to decide which option is best for you and your family. 


  • FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT (FSA): You can contribute up to $3050 in 2023 towards your FSA. This account allows eligible employees to contribute pre-tax dollars to an account to be used for medical, dental and vision expenses. Your full annual election is immediately available at the beginning of the plan year (May 1st). If any balances remain at the end of the plan year, up to $500 will rollover to the new plan year. Any unused funds over $500 will be forfeited.


  • DENTAL & VISION: This year we will be keeping our Dental & Vision coverages with Humana! There will be NO CHANGES to the plan costs or benefits.


  • LIFE/AD&D: We will be keeping our Group Life/AD&D, and Voluntary Life/AD&D with Humana this year. If you currently have coverage, you will keep your benefits. As a new hire, you can enroll in the Voluntary Life/AD&D coverage with no medical questions asked. However, if you are not a new hire and you would like to increase your life coverage or have previously waived coverage and would like to newly enroll, you will need to complete medical questions (Evidence of Insurability EOI) to request the coverage(s).


  • DISABILITY (Management): We will be keeping our Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability benefits with Equitable this year. If you currently have coverage, you will keep your benefits. As a new hire, you can enroll in the Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability coverages with no medical questions asked. However, if you are not a new hire and you have previously waived coverage and would like to newly enroll, you will need to complete medical questions (Evidence of Insurability EOI) to request the coverage(s).


  • FSA DEPENDENT CARE ACCOUNT (DCA): Employees can deduct “pre-tax” earnings into a Dependent Care Account (DCA). A Dependent Care Account (DCA) can be used to pay for dependent care services, such as preschool, summer day camp, before or after school programs, and child or elder daycare. You can contribute a maximum of $5,000 annually.


  • FSA TRANSIT AND PARKING ACCOUNTS: Employees can deduct “pre-tax” earnings into a Transit or Parking Account. A Transit Account can be used to pay for public transportation, such as bus, ferry, vanpool and streetcar fares. A Parking Account can be used to pay for parking expenses. You can contribute a maximum of $270 monthly to these accounts.


  • VOLUNTARY BENEFITS: Ace Hotel New Orleans offers options for Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity coverage through Reliance Standard. These benefits will pay cash benefits directly to you during a claim. They also contain annual wellness benefits which will help you to stay on top of your annual screenings.
