Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about your health care benefits, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family.
Your Highmark Medical and Vision plan year runs from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022.
Your Guardian Dental plan year runs from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022.
Your Mutual of Omaha plan year runs from December 1, 2022 through November 30, 2023.

If NO changes are needed then your current benefits will just roll over into the new plan year.
If you are enrolled in the FSA or HRA then you will need to make a new annual election for January 1.

Highmark PPO Blue $5000
Highmark Community Blue PPO $5000
The biggest difference in the plans is the Network of hospitals that are available.
The Highmark Community Blue PPO will have a smaller network of doctors and hospitals from which to choose.

Your Health Reimbursement Account is managed through ISolved.
Your health insurance coverage is accompanied by a health reimbursement account that reimburses you for out of pocket deductible expenses.
You must show you have reached your $250 of the individual deductible and then the company will reimburse the next $4500 for an individual.
You must show you have reached $250 of the deductible for family and then the company will reimburse the next $9500 for a family.

Dental and Vision plans are provided through Highmark for Vision and Guardian for Dental.

The Vision Customer Advocate Center prides itself on a reputation for providing benchmark service to members.
