Through Cigna, AITX provides resources to learn about and be rewarded for joining the Healthy Pregnancies, Healthy Babies program.


  • Receive guidance and support from pregnancy coaches who have nursing experience
  • Learn tips on everything from handling discomfort to birthing classes
  • If you take part and complete the program, you will be eligible for a:
  • $150 deposit into your Healthy Awards Account if you enroll in the first trimester

Health Savings Account

A Health Savings Account (HSA) allows members who are enrolled in the CDHP $1800 to put pre-tax money aside to pay for current and future qualified medical expenses. AITX contributes an additional $400 annually to your HSA for Individual and Family coverage. An HSA allows you to "roll over" your contributions annually and provides a triple tax advantage in that:

  1. Contributions are tax deductible
  2. Balances grow tax free
  3. All withdrawals for qualified expenses are tax free


You are also eligible to invest your funds once your account balance reaches $1,000.
