Open Enrollment for all Active Employees

Please review our 2023-2024 Benefits Guide and Overview to learn more about our new benefits package.

How To Enroll

All active employees are eligible to complete Open Enrollment. Use the link below to complete your elections. All employees, regardless of their participation in our benefits, should complete the election or waiver process.

2023-2024 Benefits

  • MEDICALWe have great news to share - we're returning to BCBS for the upcoming plan year. We unfortunately experienced several issues regarding claims with UHC, and your well-being is our main goal. We're committed to serving you better. For your plan options, you can select either a Copay Plan or a High Deductible Plan. Please review both plans to decide which option is best for you and your family. The HRA contributions will remain the same.


  • DENTAL: Dental is also moving to Blue Cross. This plan offers a 90% payout for out of network providers. There will be no cost increase as Advantage Capital is absorbing the rate increase.


  • VISION: Vision is moving to Blue Cross as well, and we are excited to say that the coverage will be similar to last year. There will also be a slight decrease to the rates!


  • LIFE & DISABILITY: We will be continuing our Life and Disability coverages with Equitable. There are NO CHANGES to the costs or benefits! Please note, if you are enrolled in Voluntary Life/AD&D coverage and have aged up to the next age band, you may see a change in your cost. If you would like to make any changes to these benefits, please reach out to our benefit's partner, NFP to discuss the changes.


  • VOLUNTARY BENEFITS: Accident, Critical Illness with Cancer and Hospital Indemnity coverages will continue to be offered through Aflac! Remember, these benefits pay cash benefits directly to YOU.
