Introduction
This enrollment site is available throughout the 2022 plan year for benefit eligible Questex, LLC employees. If you have already enrolled in benefits for the 2022 plan year, you will be permitted to change your elections if you have a Life Change Event only (as outlined in your employee Benefits Guide). If you are enrolling for the first time, there is a link to the enrollment portal in the below section to make your elections. To assist in making an educated decision on which benefit plans to enroll in, please refer to the videos and recorded Webinar’s below. How To Enroll
Visit the Questex Ease portal below to enroll and modify your elections for 2022
- If electing benefits coverage for the first time, you MUST log into the Ease portal to make benefit elections between December 3, 2021 and December 13, 2021.
- If you'd like to change your existing coverage or make new elections, you must do so between December 3, 2021 and December 13, 2021. Your current medical, dental and vision elections will carry forward to 2022 if you don't make a new election.
- If you would like to decline benefits coverage, review the benefit plan options in Ease and choose to decline.
- To participate in a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account in 2022, you must make an active election. Your 2021 elections for HSA or FSA will not carry over to 2022.
All plan elections must be completed by December 13, 2021. You will NOT be able to modify or make new plan elections after December 13, 2021 unless you experience a life change event.
Medical

Dental
This section provides information on the Questex, LLC Dental Plans and Dental Plan Resources through Cigna available to employees enrolling for 2022.
Voluntary Vision

Life & Disability
This section provides information on the Questex, LLC Voluntary Life and Disability Plans and Added Value Resources available to employees for 2022.
FSA/ HSA
This section provides information on the Questex, LLC FSA and HSA Plans available to employees enrolling for 2022.
Voluntary Programs
Questex, LLC employees will have the option to elect enrollment in a number of Voluntary programs provided through Questex, LLC. These Voluntary Programs include:
- Critical Illness
- Accident
- Hospital Indemnity
- ID Theft Protection
- Legal Assistance
These Voluntary Programs help pay for out of pocket expenses due to unforeseen occurrences. Please review the information in this section to learn more about these programs and what they cover.
InsurChoice Discount Programs
Questex, LLC provides employees with the option to enroll in additional voluntary and discount programs through InsurChoice. These programs offer coverage for a number of products such as:

- Medicare Advantage Plans
- ACA Healthcare
- Home Warranty
