Introduction

Open Enrollment is the time of year when you can learn about the firm's Benefit offerings for the coming year. Open Enrollment allows you to review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family. There will be two Open Enrollment sessions to learn about your 2022 benefits. Invitations to meetings will be sent out.

New for 2022:

  • Employee contributions for all benefits will slightly increase
  • Increased annual HSA contribution limit to:
  • $3,650 from $3,600 for Self-Only coverage
  • $7,300 from $7,200 for Family coverage


What's Not Changing:

  • All benefits will be remaining the same

  • For reference, please see the instructions/screenshots on how to complete open enrollment in Dayforce to the right.


  • All employees must complete the open enrollment process in Dayforce, even if there are no changes or are waiving coverage.


  • For those who have a Heath Savings Account or are planning on utilizing the Flexible Spending Accounts benefit, you must update contribution amounts for the 2022 plan year.
