Annual Enrollment is from November 11th to November 22nd
Open Enrollment is the time of year when you can learn about the firm's Benefit offerings for the coming year. Open Enrollment allows you to review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family. There will be two Open Enrollment sessions to learn about your 2025 benefits. Invitations to meetings will be sent out.

Benefits Overview
New for 2025
- The medical plan design will be adjusted to now offer two High-deductible Health Plans
- Employee contributions for all benefits will slightly increase.
- Increased annual HSA contribution limit to:
- $4,300 from $4,150 for Self-Only coverage
- $8,550 from $8,300 for Family coverage

All employees must complete the open enrollment process, even if there are no changes or are waiving coverage.
For those who have a Heath Savings Account or are planning on utilizing the Flexible Spending Accounts benefit, you must update contribution amounts for the 2025 plan year.
