Open Enrollment is the time of year when you can learn about the firm's Benefit offerings for the coming year. Open Enrollment allows you to review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family. There will be two Open Enrollment sessions to learn about your 2023 benefits. Invitations to meetings will be sent out.

New for 2023:

  • Employee contributions for all benefits will slightly increase
  • Benefit changes on out of network coverage for medical plans
  • Increased annual HSA contribution limit to:
  • $3,850 from $3,650 for Self-Only coverage
  • $7,750 from $7,300 for Family coverage

For reference, please see the detailed instructions in the PAYCOR document to the right


All employees must complete the open enrollment process in PAYCOR, even if there are no changes or are waiving coverage.


For those who have a Heath Savings Account or are planning on utilizing the Flexible Spending Accounts benefit, you must update contribution amounts for the 2023 plan year.
