For 2021, there was an increase in the family deductible and max out-of-pocket from $13,500 to $13,800 (refer to the SBC's for more details).


For those enrolled in an HSA account, the contribution amounts have increased for 2021

  • Individual contribution max: $3,600
  • Family contribution max: $7,200
  • Catch-up contributions (age 55 and older): $1,000

Please complete both the BCBS and Principal app even if you are waiving the medical and dental insurance.


For the medical plans, rates are age-based. 29th Street covers 90% of the employee cost and 50% of dependents.


The Principal app is required because 29th Street provides Life, Short & Long-Term Disability at no cost to you.


Here are the 2021 bi-weekly Dental rates. There were no changes to the Dental rates for 2021.

Employee: $1.92

Employee + Spouse: $12.30

Employee + Child(ren): $15.99

Family: $28.06
