ELIGIBILITY

All regular part-time team-members working at least 24 hours per week are eligible to participate in the benefit plans offered. Newly hired Team Members will be eligible the 31st day of full-time employment. When you enroll in the benefits program, you may also cover your eligible dependents. Dependents include your legal spouse and children. Children eligibility is as follows -


  • Medical | Dental | Vision: End of the calendar year the child turns age 26
  • Voluntary Life: Age 19 or 25 if full time student


Should you separate from Michigan First Credit Union, benefits will be terminated at 11:59 pm as of the last day worked.
