For the 2023 plan year, eligible employees enrolled in Isolatek's High Deductible Health Plan will receive a contribution from the Company into your PayFlex Health Savings Account (HSA). This discretionary contribution from the Company is based upon your coverage level. If you are enrolled in the HDHP without any dependents, the Company will contribute $500; if you have one or more dependents enrolled, Isolatek will contribute $1,250 to your HSA.
There are limits to the amount you can contribute to your HSA each year, as established by the IRS. Please see the 2023 HSA Contribution Limits document below for more details.
Isolatek employees have access to these voluntary plans from Transamerica:
The Critical Events, Hospital Select and Accident Advance plans each pay you a cash benefit if you have a qualifying illness or event. See the information below to read more about these plans. You can enroll in these plans through your ADP enrollment site.
For 2023, Isolatek's Dental Plan continued with no changes to benefits, and no change to payroll contributions for dental.
Reminder - Our Delta Dental coverage includes a “Carryover Max” provision. If you see your dentist during the year for a cleaning or exam, and don’t use more than 50% of your $1,500 annual plan maximum, you can carry over 25% of your unused benefit (up to $375) to the next plan year – a great feature if you anticipate future dental expenses. To qualify, you must have at least one dental cleaning or oral exam during the plan year and submit a claim for that service, and your claims for the year cannot exceed $750.

This is an active open enrollment, meaning all employees must log into ADP to make benefit elections for 2023. Be sure to complete your elections by November 18, 2022.
Important note for annual enrollment: Prior year benefit elections will not all carry forward. You must make your benefit elections each year during the designed annual enrollment period, even if you are waiving coverage. If you do not enroll at this time, unless you have a mid-year life event, your next opportunity to elect Isolatek's benefits will be in November 2023 (for coverage effective January 1, 2024).
