Medical / Prescription Drug Program
Emtec will continue to offer four medical plans with Florida Blue for 2023. Florida Blue will give all associates access to the National Blue Cross Blue Shield network.
Emtec will continue to offer the DHMO and PPO dental plans through Delta Dental.
Emtec will continue to offer the vision Standard and Enhanced plans through MetLife.
Voluntary Benefits Program
There are no changes with Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Legal, Identity Theft, and Auto/Home insurance.
This year is an ACTIVE Open Enrollment. All benefit eligible employees must log in to bswift by 5:00pm on November 11th and confirm your elections, even if you are not making any changes. If you do not log in and make your elections, you will not have coverage for the 2023 plan year.
Open Enrollment is the one time of year where you can update your elections without experiencing a Qualifying Life Event (QLE). Your elections you make will remain in place until December 31, 2023 unless you notify HR within 30 days of your QLE to be eligible to make new elections.
