ELIGIBILITY

All regular employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible to participate in the benefit plans offered by Dexter. New Hire Benefits are effective the 1st day of employment. When you enroll in the benefits program, you may also cover your eligible dependents. Dependents include your legal spouse and children. Dependent children eligibility is as follows:


  • Medical | FSA: End of the year the child turns 26
  • Dental | Vision: The child's 26th birthday
  • Voluntary Life/AD&D: 19th birthday or 26th birthday if full time student


Should your employment end with Dexter, your benefits will be terminated as of 11:59 pm of your termination date.
