Blue Cross Blue Shield of MI (BCBSM) will be the administrator for your medical and prescription coverage. All the medical plans offered are Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO); this means that both in and out of network coverage is provided, you are not required to select a primary care physician, and you are not required to obtain a referral to see a specialist. Belle Tire's dental plans provide comprehensive coverage to help you and your family maintain good dental health. The dental plans include both in and out of network benefits. Although your cost sharing is the same in and out of network, if you do go out of network it is likely that you will experience balance billing.


If you are already enrolled in one of the Belle Tires Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBSM) Blue Dental PPO Dental plans today and have not already done so, please be sure to register through the BCBSM Dental member portal where you can access important information pertaining to your dental plan with BCBSM Dental including participating providers, coverage information, and explanation of benefits/claims. If you are not currently covered, you will be able to register in the BCBSM Dental portal as of your effective date of coverage.

Belle Tire offers vision coverage through NVA to help pay for eye exams, prescription glasses and contact lenses. Belle Tire also offers you the ability to elect Safety Glasses benefits administered by NVA.


If you are already enrolled in one of the Belle Tire's NVA vision plan today and have not already done so, please be sure to register through the NVA member portal where you can access important information pertaining to your vision plan with NVA including participating providers, coverage information, and explanation of benefits/claims. Belle Tire understands the importance to you and your family to have strong financial protection. We provide all full-time employees Basic Life/AD&D coverage at no cost to you. Full-time Managers, Sales and Support Center positions are also provided with Disability coverage at no cost. In addition to these benefits, we offer a variety of insurance you can choose from on a voluntary, employee paid basis so you can select what is best for your family. All of these coverages are provided to protect your income and out of pocket expenses.
