The new hire enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2023 benefit offerings and choose the best options for you and your family for the 2023 plan year. Please review our 2023 benefit information to learn more about our current benefit offerings.

How To Enroll

Action Required

Employees make benefit elections for the 2023 plan year in the WURK system and must be submitted no later than 30 days from your full-time date of hire. This process can be completed while walking through the onboarding checklist.

  • Click the Checklists tab and scroll to your Onboarding Checklist
  • From the Onboarding Checklist, use the wizard to complete each item, one of them being Benefit Enrollment

To check your current benefits and add life event changes throughout the plan year, go to My Info>My Benefits.

  • To see your benefits, tap View Benefits, or to submit a life change that affects your benefits, tap Life Change Event
  • When you are enrolling in new benefits or adding a Life Change event, you may see an Enrollment tab that will show you a progress bar.
  • Once all is complete (including Confirm & Submit), the Submit button becomes available. Click this to submit your enrollment for review. Once the enrollment is approved, it will apply to your benefits.
