HOW TO ENROLL

Action Required: All elections must be submitted by 03/29/2023


ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Log in to askar.ease.com per the instructions you have received from HR
  2. Log in to Ease per the instructions you have received from your HR administrator
  3. Follow instructions and enroll in your benefits
  4. Make sure to save your elections



Remember, this is the only time during the year that you can enroll in coverage or change your benefit elections, unless you have a qualifying event during the year. You have 30 days from the qualifying event date to notify your Benefits Administrator to make the changes. Common life events are marriage, divorce, birth, adoption, and loss in coverage.
