How To Enroll
All enrollments will be completed in the Employee Navigator System. If you do not wish to elect any benefits, please check the Waive option when going through the benefit enrollment.
Benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following your full-time date of hire.
Log into the Employee Navigator system
If this is the first time you are using the Employee Navigator system, you will register using the below information:
Step 1: Go to https://www.employeenavigator.com/Benefits/Account/Register
Step 2: Company Identifier is RConsulting
The pin is the last four digits of your SSN
Once registered, you can log back into the site at any time by going to https://www.employeenavigator.com/Benefits/Account/Login
After logging in, you will be directed to your employee home page.
You will see an option on the home page to start your New Hire Enrollment
You will be prompted to walk through the different benefit plans to either elect or waive coverage. If you would like to enroll any dependents, you will need to have their social security numbers as well as dates of birth ready to be keyed into the system.
No changes will be allowed outside of the new hire enrollment period unless there is an eligible qualified life event.
Depending on the elected Voluntary Life & AD&D insurance, you may need to complete Evidence of Insurability (EOI) form.
