Annual open enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2022 Benefits Program, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family.

Powerley remains committed to providing a competitive, cost-effective benefit program. We are implementing some changes and additions for the 2022 plan year, which we hope will be positively received by you and your families. Below are highlights of changes that will become effective on January 1, 2022. Please review your 2022 Powerley Open Enrollment Employee Benefits Materials for information on all of your benefits.


2022 Benefits Program Updates:

  • Our Medical/Rx insurance carrier will continue to be Blue Care Network and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.
  • You have THREE medical plan options to choose from: 1) BCN HMO HSA 1500 2) BCN Blue Elect Plus POS 1000 and 3) BCBSM SB PPO HSA 1500.
  • Health Equity will continue to be our HSA administrator.
  • Unum will continue to be our Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance carrier.

Action Required:

  1. Log in to powerley.ease.com per the instructions you have received from HR and enroll for 2022.
  2. Your current elections WILL NOT carry forward to 2022 if you don't make a new election.
  3. You must make an active election, even if you're already participating, no later than November 24th at 5:00 p.m. ET.



Remember, this is the only time during the year that you can enroll in coverage or change your benefit elections, unless you have a qualifying event during the year. You have 30 days from the qualifying event date to notify HR to make the changes. Common life events are marriage, divorce, birth, adoption, and loss in coverage.
