The new hire enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2022 benefit offerings and choose the best options for you and your family for the plan year. Please review our 2022 benefit information found below to learn more about our 2022 plan year offerings.

How To Enroll

Action Required
  • You will need to complete an enrollment form and return it to the HR department.
  • New hires will have 30 days from their full-time date of hire to make your benefit elections. Benefits for the Medical, Dental, Vision, Hospital Indemnity, and Accident plans will become effective on the 1st of the month following your full-time date of hire. Benefits for the Basic Life, Voluntary Life, Long Term Disability, and Short Term Disability plans will become effective on the 1st of the month following 60 days of your full-time date of hire.
