PCC is pleased to offer a selection of benefits designed with your health and financial wellbeing in mind. We review our benefit programs each year to ensure we consider the best combination of benefit coverage, network access and affordability for employees. Annual open enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2022 Benefits Program, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family.
Open Enrollment Begins: 3/3/2022
Enrollment Ends and Elections Due: Midnight 3/15/2022
Open Enrollment Action Items:
- View your Benefits Highlighter for a quick side-by-side comparison of your plan options and costs.
- Attend one of the Education Sessions to learn more about your benefits program and changes for 2022.
- View your employee benefits materials in the Benefits Overview for all of your benefits program details.
- Follow the instructions in the How to Enroll section to complete your online enrollment.
- Watch the Educational Videos and view the Additional Resources to learn more about your benefits program.

Benefits Overview
Piramal Critical Care remains committed to providing a competitive, cost-effective benefit program. We are implementing some changes and additions for the 2022 plan year, which we hope will be positively received by you and your families. Below are highlights of changes that will become effective on April1, 2022. Please review your 2022 Open Enrollment Employee Benefits Materials for information on all of your benefits.
2022 Benefits Program Updates:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of MI will continue to be our medical and prescription drug insurance carrier.
- You have three NEW medical plan options to choose from: 1) SB PPO 500 2) SB HSA PPO 2000 3) SB PPO 1500
- Health Equity will continue to be our HSA and FSA administrator.
- Delta Dental of MI will continue to be our dental insurance carrier.
- You have two NEW dental plan options to choose from: 1) CORE plan 2) PREMIER plan
- Eye Med will our NEW vision insurance carrier.
- Reliance Standard will be our NEW life, disability and voluntary benefits insurance carrier.
How to Enroll
Action Required:
- Visit ADP Workforce Now to review your current coverage and enroll for 2022.
- Your current elections WILL NOT carry forward to 2022 if you don't make a new election.
- You must make an active election, even if you're already participating or waiving coverage, no later than March 15th at 5:00 p.m. ET.
Remember, this is the only time during the year that you can enroll in coverage or change your benefit elections, unless you have a qualifying event during the year. You have 30 days from the qualifying event date to notify HR to make the changes. Common life events are marriage, divorce, birth, adoption, and loss in coverage.
