Annual open enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2022 Benefits Program, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family.

Benefits Overview

ICL remains committed to providing a competitive, cost-effective benefit program. We are implementing some changes and additions for the 2022 plan year, which we hope will be positively received by you and your families. Below are highlights of changes that will become effective on January 1, 2022. Please review your 2022 ICL Open Enrollment Employee Benefits Materials for information on all of your benefits.


2022 Benefits Program Updates:

  • Our Medical/Rx insurance carrier is changing from Aetna to Blue Care Network (BCN).
  • You have two BCN plan options to choose from: 1) Blue Elect Point of Serivce (POS) 1000 and 2) Blue Elect Point of Serivce (POS) HSA 2000.
  • PayFlex will continue to be our HSA administrator.
  • Delta Dental will continue to be our dental insurance carrier.
  • EyeMed will continue to be our vision insurance carrier.
  • Guardian will continue to be our life and disability insurance carrier.

ADP Workforce Now Online Enrollment Instructions

Action Required:

  1. Visit ADP WorkForce Now to review your current coverage and enroll for 2022.
  2. Your current elections WILL NOT carry forward to 2022 if you don't make a new election.
  3. You must make an active election, even if you're already participating by midnight on November 23rd.



Remember, this is the only time during the year that you can enroll in coverage or change your benefit elections, unless you have a qualifying event during the year. You have 30 days from the qualifying event date to notify HR to make the changes. Common life events are marriage, divorce, birth, adoption, and loss in coverage.
