Welcome

Helping you and your family reach and maintain good health is very important to GSI. GSI is pleased to offer a selection of benefits designed with your health and financial wellbeing in mind. You'll enjoy our Health & Wellness coverage plans, which feature a variety of benefits options to choose from and affordable cost sharing. Our Health Care Program offers Medical and Prescription Drug coverage, Health Savings Accounts, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability and Employee Assistance Programs!


You are eligible to participate if you are full-time and work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Your coverage will be effective on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You must review the below information and complete your online enrollment within your first 30 days!

  • View your Benefits Highlighter for a quick side-by-side comparison of your plan options and costs.
  • View your employee benefits materials in the Benefits Overview section for all of your benefits program details.
  • Follow the instructions in the How to Enroll section to complete your online enrollment.

How to Enroll

Action Required:

  1. Log in to gsibenefits.ease.com per the instructions in your New Hire Welcome email and enroll for 2022.
  2. You must make an active election, even if you are waiving coverage.
  3. Remember, this is the only time that you can enroll in coverage, unless you have a qualifying event during the year. You have 30 days from the qualifying event date to notify HR to make the changes. Common life events are marriage, divorce, birth, adoption, and loss in coverage.
