Helping you and your family reach and maintain good health is very important to us! We are pleased to offer a selection of benefits designed with your health and financial wellbeing in mind. We review our benefit programs each year to ensure we consider the best combination of benefit coverage, network access and affordability for employees.

 

You are eligible to participate if you are full-time and work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Your benefits with GPS are effective on the 1st of the month following your date of hire. Please take a moment to review our 2022 Employee Benefit Snapshot and then be sure to enroll in ADP within your first 30 days. Benefits Overview

Our Benefit Year runs from June 1, 2022, through May 31, 2023

You and your legally married spouse and dependent children up to age 26 are eligible for the following benefits:

  1. Medical/Rx - Blue Care Network / Blue Cross Blue Shield of MI
  2. Use our Decision Support Tool for help choosing your medical plan!
  3. Health Savings Account - Health Equity
  4. Available for employees enrolled in one of the HSA compatible medical plans.
  5. You must complete the Annual Preventive Physical Examination Verification Form to receive the annual HSA company contribution.
  6. Dental - MMA/MetLife
  7. Vision - Blue Cross Blue Shield of MI/VSP

Action Required
  1. Visit ADP Workforce Now to make your benefit elections, once logged in to go Myself>Benefits>Enrollments.
  2. You must make your selection within your first 30 days of employment, even if you wish to waive your benefits.

 

Remember, this is the only time during the year that you can enroll in coverage or change your benefit elections, unless you have a qualifying event during the year. You have 30 days from the qualifying event to notify HR to make the changes. Common life events are marriage, divorce, birth, adoption and loss in coverage.
