2026 Employee Benefit Offerings
Open Enrollment Window: November 18th - 28th
WELCOME
Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to update and learn about the benefits provided through your employer. This is a good time to review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family. All benefit changes during open enrollment will become effective January 1, 2026.
HOW TO ENROLL
Please review the benefit offerings and per pay period rates. This year everyone is required to login and complete your online benefits enrollment through the ESS portal. Open Enrollment must be completed by November 28th.
Who is Eligible? You are eligible to participate if you are full-time and work a minimum of 30 hours per week. You may also enroll your spouse or domestic partner and any eligible dependent children under the age of 26.
Benefit changes outside of Open Enrollment require a Qualifying Life Event and/or Loss of Eligibility.
You may not change your benefits throughout the year unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event. Qualifying Events may include marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, loss of eligibility under another plan. If you experience a qualifying event, you must notify HR within 30 days of the event. Please remember you only have 30 days from the event to make changes to your benefit elections.
MEDICAL
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma will continue to administer our medical and prescription drug benefits. To find out if your provider is in-network, please visit the "BCBS Provider Finder" link below.
FIRST STOP HEALTH (FSH) - Virtual Care
- FREE Benefit to all Employees (full and part-time).
- No cost Virtual urgent care for all family members of all ages.
- Employees and family over 18 years old can use FSH for Primary Care Services for free!
- Up to 7 family members can access virtual visits.
- Spanish speaking nurses/doctors are available.

PHARMACY
Pharmacy benefits are through your BCBS medical plan.

HSA
Health Savings Account
- Only available when enrolled in a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP).
- Ineligible if:
- you are enrolled in Medicare, Indian Heatlh Services or Military (Tricare) Coverage.
- your spouse is enrolled in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
- you can be claimed as a dependent on someone's tax return.
- A true bank account in your name.
- Contributions are pre-tax dollars automatically put in your account (employee contributions).
- Funds are available as they are contributed per pay period.
- Funds are used to pay for qualified medical, dental, vision and some over the counter expenses tax free.
- Unused funds rollover from year to year and accumulate tax free.
- At age 65 you are no longer eligible to contribute to your HSA.
FSA
Healthcare - Flexible Spending Account
- Annual contribution limit: $3,400
- Paired with non-HDHP.
- Full elected amount is available the first day of the plan year.
- Funds are used to pay for out of pocket medical, dental, vision and some over the counter items tax free.
- At the end of the year funds over $660 will be forfeited.
- Funds $660 and under will rollover to next plan year after 90 days.
- In 2026 $680 will rollover to 2027.
Dependent Care - Flexible Spending Account
- Annual contribution limit: $7,500 or $3,750 if you are married and file taxes separately from your spouse.
- Anyone is eligible with dependents who need care while guardians are working.
- Funds pay for dependent care (children under 13 years or disabled dependents) tax free.
- Funds are available as they are contributed per pay period.
- Unused funds will be forfeited (runout period to file claims: 90 days after plan year ends).
DENTAL
Your dental coverage is through Delta Dental.

VISION
Ameritas will continue to administer our vision insurance.
LIFE / AD&D
Basic Life and AD&D
Allegiance Credit Union provides all full-time employees with 2x your Annual Salary up to $250,000 in life and AD&D insurance.
Voluntary Life and AD&D
Additional Life and AD&D insurance can be purchased through Mutual of Omaha. Cost is based on benefit amount and employee age. Employee coverage must be selected in order to enroll spouse and/or child.
- This open enrollment all employees can elect up to the Guaranteed Issue with no evidence of insurability (EOI) form required. Typically, at open enrollment only increases of $10,000 are allowed with no EOI.
Who's Your Beneficiary? Everyone needs to make sure your beneficiary is up to date.
Don't forget to update your primary or secondary beneficiary if you experience a life event, such as a divorce or birth of a child.

DISABILTY
Long-Term Disability (LTD) - Coverage is fully paid for by Allegiance Credit Union, so there is no cost to you.
Pre-Existing Condition -
LTD - A sickness or injury for which you have received treatment within 3 months prior to your effective date, any disability contributed to or caused by that pre-existing condition within the first 12 months of your effective date will not be covered.
NEW VOLUNTARY BENEFITS
Both of these polices provide a cash benefit paid directly to you to help during a time when out-of-pocket medical and life costs accrue.
Accident
This insurance pays a benefit for each injury, treatment or service included in the policy that occurs as a result of a covered accident. See full benefit summary below for complete policy coverages.
Policy Highlights:
- Emergency Room: $300
- Urgent Care Center: $225
- Fractures (Surgical / Non-surgical): Up to $9,000 / Up to $4,500
- Health Screening Benefit: $50
Critical Illness
A critical illness policy provides a lump-sum cash benefit upon diagnosis of a critical illness like a heart attack, stroke or cancer. The benefit can be used to pay out-of-pocket expenses or to supplement your daily cost of living.
- Employee Benefit: $5,000 up to $20,000 - $20,000 Guarantee Issue
- Spouse Benefit: $5,000 up to $20,000 not to exceed 100% of employee election - $10,000 Guarantee Issue
- Free Child(ren) Benefit: 50% of employee election up to $10,000
- Health Screening Benefit: $50 per year up to 6 per family
- Premium is based on benefit amount and employee age.
PET INSURANCE
Pet Health Insurance
- All cats and dogs above the age of 8 weeks are eligible.
- Very customizable coverage options.
- Pricing is based on the species (dog or cat), breed, age zip code and plan selection.
- This program is direct-bill and will not be payroll deducted.
- 10% group discount, which can be combined with multiple pet discount for a maximum premium saving so 20%.
- Online and mobile access to file claims.
- This benefit will be eligible for enrollment anytime throughout the year.
