Helping you and your family reach and maintain good health is very important to DPTV. We are pleased to offer a selection of benefits designed with your health and financial wellbeing in mind. We review our benefit programs each year to ensure we consider the best combination of benefit coverage, network access and affordability for employees.

Your new hire open enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2022 Benefits Program.


Take a moment to review our FY 2022/23 Employee Benefit Guide Book under Benefits Overview and login to Kronos to enroll.


Remember, this is the only time during the year that you can enroll in coverage or change your benefit elections, unless you have a qualifying event during the year. You have 30 days from the qualifying event to notify HR to make the changes. Common life events are; marriage, divorce, birth, adoption and loss in coverage.

  1. Our medical carrier this year is Blue Care Network.
  2. We are once again offering an Employer Contribution to your Health Savings Account for those who enroll in our HSA Plan.
  3. Metlife will continue to be our dental carrier with no changes for 2022.
  4. EyeMed will continue to be our vision carrier.
  5. New York Life (formerly CIGNA Insurance) will continue to be our Life and Disability Carrier with no changes for 2022.
  6. iSolved will continue to be our FSA Administrator. The maximum amount for the FY 2022/23 is $2,850

  • Login to Kronos to enroll and review your elections for the current plan year.
  • Review the medical elections carefully and elect a plan.
  • You must make an active election for your medical, dental, vision, life and disability elections at open enrollment
  • Please be sure you elect your beneficiary information.
  • To participate in a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account you must make an active election.
