Isolatek's Annual Enrollment is held each year in November. That is your opportunity to make changes for the upcoming plan year. Until the next annual enrollment period, you may only make changes to your elections if you have a qualifying mid-year status change, such as getting married or welcoming a new child.
If you are a new employee, welcome to Isolatek! This is where you can learn about your benefits, and when you're ready, visit the How To Enroll section for a link to access the enrollment website.
This site will remain open to you all year as a resource for details pertaining to the 2021 Employee Benefit Program.
Highlights for 2021:
Good news for 2021 - there was no increase to your payroll cost for coverage again this year!
The plan changed the percentage of the allowed amount you pay after your deductible is satisfied (coinsurance).
For the 2021, eligible employees enrolled in Isolatek's High Deductible Health Plan will receive a contribution from the Company into your active Health Savings Account (HSA). The Company's contribution is based upon your coverage level. If you are enrolled in the HDHP without any dependents, the Company will contribute $500; if you have one or more dependents enrolled, Isolatek will contribute $1,250 to your HSA.
There are limits to the amount you can contribute to your HSA each year. Please see the 2021 Health Savings Account document below for more details.
Important Reminders:
As an Isolatek employee, you have access to these voluntary plans from Transamerica:
See the information below to read more about these plans. Enrollment in these plans is limited to the annual enrollment period in November of each year. If you're new to the Company and want to enroll, look for more information as we get closer to November.
For 2021, Isolatek's Dental Plan continued with no changes to benefits or payroll costs.
Reminder - Our Delta Dental coverage includes a “Carryover Max” provision. If you see your dentist during the year for a cleaning or exam, and don’t use more than 50% of your $1,500 annual plan maximum, you can carry over 25% of your unused benefit (up to $375) to the next plan year – a great benefit if you anticipate future dental expenses. To qualify, you must have at least one dental cleaning or oral exam during the plan year and submit a claim for that service, and your claims for the year cannot exceed $750.
Isolatek offers you a the opportunity to enroll in a variety of voluntary benefit plans:
See the information below and your 2021 benefits guidebook for more details!
Benefit elections for 2021 must be made through ADP. You can log into ADP following the link below. You will be prompted to elect or waive coverage.
Important note for annual enrollment: Prior year benefit elections will not carry forward. You must be make your benefit elections each year during the designed annual enrollment period, even if you are waiving coverage. If you do not enroll at that time, unless you have a mid-year life event, your next opportunity to elect Isolatek's benefits will be in November 2021 (for coverage effective January 1, 2022).
Use the ADP link to get started!
Enrollment in the Transamerica plans will open up in November for coverage effective January 1, 2022.
