Open enrollment is your opportunity presented each year to learn about your benefit offerings and make any necessary changes. Take this time to review your current coverages including the addition or removal of your dependents.

If you are enrolling in our benefits for the first time, or wanting to make a plan/election change during open enrollment just follow these simple steps:
▪Request enrollment/change form(s) from Human Resources.
▪Read this guide and the instructions on your enrollment form(s). These contain important information about your benefit options.
▪Complete the enrollment form(s) by making your benefit elections remembering to sign and date your form.
▪Submit the completed enrollment form(s) to Human Resources by the enrollment deadline July 31st.
