NEW HIRES
For new employees, benefit coverage begins the first of the month following date of hire. In the event that the date of hire is on the first of the month, benefit coverage begins on that day. The Benefit Enrollment Forms must be completed and returned to peopleandculture@nuix.com within 30 days upon hire.
OPEN ENROLLMENT
Open enrollment gives employees the opportunity to enroll, waive, or make changes to benefit plans for themselves and their dependents. IRS regulations prevent employees from making changes to their benefit selections during the year, unless a Qualifying Life Event occurs.
