Getting the most value from your benefits depends on how well you understand the options available to you. To help you make informed decisions, we provide you
with a variety of tools and resources – including this benefit guidebook. Please read the guidebook carefully to ensure that you select the coverage that is right for you and your family.
For new employees, benefit coverage begins the first of the month following date of hire. In the event that the date of hire is on the first of the month, benefit coverage begins on that day. The Benefit Enrollment Forms must be completed and returned to email@example.com within 30 days upon hire.
Open enrollment gives employees the opportunity to enroll, waive, or make changes to benefit plans for themselves and their dependents. IRS regulations prevent employees from making changes to their benefit selections during the year, unless a Qualifying Life Event occurs.
