Welcome
Welcome to the 2026 Savannah Chatham Public School System Benefits landing page!
Important Reminders
Your 2026 benefits elections will be made through two separate websites.
1) Medical elections are made through SHBP/ADP.
2) All other district benefits (dental, vision, life, disability, AFLAC, flexible spending account) are enrolled through bswift.
Links to these enrollment websites are located in the ELIGIBILITY and ENROLLMENT TAB BELOW.
Please print a copy of your final confirmation statements from both enrollment portals for your records. Compare the confirmation statements to your first paystub in January. If there are any discrepancies please contact NFP Service Center as soon as possible.
Please review your options carefully, as any elections you make now will be locked in through the end of the 2026 plan year. The only opportunity you will have to make changes during the year is if you experience a qualifying life event.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Your 2025 election amount does not automatically renew, so you must log into bswift to re-enroll in FSA for 2026 per IRS guidelines.
Benefit Period: January 1 – December 31, 2026
Participating in the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) available through your Employer can increase your take-home pay by reducing your taxable income. It allows you to potentially save up to 30% on your eligible healthcare and/or dependent care expenses every year by using pre-tax dollars vs. post-tax dollars to pay for those expenses.
For 2026, you can put up to $3,400 into your flexible spending account to maximize your tax savings. Up to $680 of unused funds will rollover to your 2027 account.
A Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA) is a pre-tax employee benefit account that allows you to save money from your paycheck to pay for eligible care expenses for a qualifying dependent, enabling you to work or look for work. Common eligible expenses include daycare, preschool, before- and after-school programs, and care for adult dependents incapable of self-care. By setting aside these funds pre-tax, you reduce your taxable income, which can result in significant tax savings.
For 2026, you can put up to $7,500 ($3,750 for married filing separately) into your flexible spending account to maximize your tax savings.
You can view your current account through the TASC mobile app or website below. PLEASE NOTE: You do NOT make enrollment elections through the TASC website.
