Welcome to FSB's 2022 Open Enrollment
Annual enrollment is your opportunity to learn about the 2022 Health Care Benefits offered through FSB, review your current coverage and choose the best options for you and your family.
Please review the 2022 Enrollment Guide (found below) and attend one of our upcoming education session to learn more about our 2022 benefits offerings.
Below you will find all our carrier partner's website links and full benefit summaries.
In Person Education Sessions:
First Session: July 6th at 10:00 am
Second Session: July 7th at 1:30 pm
Third Session: July 12th at 3:00 pm
Location: 5th Training Room

How to Enroll Online
1. Click on the ADP link below
2. Enter your current username and password
3. Contact HR if you forgot your username and/or password
4. Follow instructions and enroll in your 2022 benefits
5. Make sure to save your elections and print your confirmation statement
